Relay is an AI email assistant for strata and body-corporate managers. This policy explains what we access and how we handle it. Relay is currently offered to a limited pilot group.

What we access

With your explicit consent, Relay connects to your Outlook mailbox through Microsoft Graph to read your inbox and — only when you review and approve — send replies on your behalf. We also collect your name and email address from your sign-in.

How we use it

We sync recent mailbox messages to prioritise, summarise, and draft replies for you. To generate summaries and drafts, message content is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) for processing. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How we store it

Mailbox data and AI results are stored in our database. Your Microsoft access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), and access is scoped to your own account.

Your control

You can disconnect your mailbox at any time, which stops further syncing. Contact your Relay account manager to request deletion of your data.
